Mr. Fulton has participated in a variety of irrigation efficiency, water management, and water conveyance system modernization projects. Mr. Fulton has assisted in evaluating the flow measurement accuracy of meter gates for purposes of complying with SBx7-7. Mr. Fulton has contributed to projects that utilized remote sensed data to estimate crop consumptive water use. He has been involved in feasibility investigations, initial design and cost estimating projects for pressurized conveyance systems, regulating reservoirs, and flow measurement structures. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University and later earned his Master’s Degree from Utah State University, specializing in Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulic Engineering. Mr. Fulton holds his Engineer in Training certificate and is currently working towards becoming a licensed Professional Engineer.
