Those who knew Byron knew him not only as a talented and hardworking engineer, but also a warm, caring, and thoughtful person who prioritized honesty and integrity in his dealings. You could always trust that Byron would be a helpful and inspiring resource regardless of the issue you were presenting to him. Since Jacob began with DE a few years ago, he has constantly exemplified the characteristics of the BAC Award. His work has especially excelled this last year and he consistently shows immense integrity and respect towards his peers and clients.
