Davids Engineering is pursuing candidates for a part-time or full-time Executive Assistant role that will provide high-level administrative support to our Oakdale, CA office. Job tasks may include, but are not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating meetings internally and externally, coordinating communications internally and externally, assisting with review of monthly invoices, managing expenses, and ensuring office priorities are adhered to. As currently envisioned, this role will take care of a variety of administrative tasks within the Oakdale office to ensure the office is able to function effectively. All DE team members are expected to have superior analytic and problem-solving skills; ability to express technically complex information clearly, both orally and in writing; ability to self-motivate; attention to detail; strong work ethic; and good moral, ethical judgement.
