Since our founding in 1993, Davids Engineering (DE) has always prided itself in sound water resources planning and complex water use analysis at varied scales. As a result, it is no surprise that our skill set has led to our engagement in the development of over 17 Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSP) in both the San Joaquin and Sacramento Valleys.
Over the last several years we have expanded our knowledge of SGMA, the regional landscapes that we work in and increased our appreciation for the old adage – one size doesn’t fit all. As we look to the future of sustainable groundwater management in California, we recognize that in all cases, sustainability will either need to be attained or maintained through the implementation of projects and management actions. While a lot of work has been done getting to this point, this is the starting line and the next 20 years will chart the future of sustainable groundwater management.
Armed with a deep knowledge and understanding of where we are today and where we need to be, we are ready and excited about the future. At DE, we want to be part of ensuring sustainability for years to come, and that is why we have been strategically building our infrastructure solution to meet your sustainable groundwater management implementation needs. If you have a project or management action, we have a solution and are eager to turn your concept into a reality.
